Stride is a small firm by design. The people you meet are the people who do the work, and they are the people who make the calls.

Joon is an experienced investment professional with both investment banking and principal investing experience, having executed transactions across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Most recently he was an investment professional at StoneCalibre in London, where he focused on corporate divestitures, buy and build strategies and special situations. Prior to StoneCalibre, Joon was an investment banking professional at Houlihan Lokey, J.P. Morgan and Lazard.

He co-founded Stride to help owners find the right home for what they have built, and to help investors identify and evaluate thoughtfully curated platform and add on opportunities.

Caleb co-founded Stride to help owners take their business into its next chapter with the right partner alongside them. He brings a wealth of experience across corporate development, principal investing and business development, with a particular focus on acquisition origination and owner relationships.

Prior to Stride, Caleb worked in corporate development at Cold Start. His earlier experience includes StoneCalibre and business development at Boundless Venture Co.
